Overall Satisfaction with Archie

I manage all the operational tasks for our coworking space. Archie helps us track client reservations, manage billing, and keep everything organized. We’ve got 2 different locations, both set in Archie, it is very easy to switch from one to the other one to review the information desired.

Pros

  • Desk and room booking
  • Billing module is great
  • Easy to manage multiple locations

Cons

  • The initial setup takes some time
  • The user interface is great but not very customizable beyond the branding
  • It saves us time with calculating the payments for each client
  • We are working with the Ezeep integration which can quickly give us the amount of pages printed and calculates the amount to pay automatically
You get used to the settings and options in no time, it is easy for us to train a new admin

Is easy to work with clients booking in our 2 locations, we can bill them separately, and we can set specific billing rules for each location so both admins can keep working with their own process
