M&T Bank uses ApptioOne as the primary tool for consuming direct expenses from the company's Technology department and allocating these charges out to the rest of the bank through the indirect chargeback process.

Our company currently does financial forecasting for Technology expenses in Excel - we are currently exploring the feasibility of transitioning our forecasting into IT Planning.
