Overall Satisfaction with Annature

Annature is used in our organisation to effectively and efficiently facilitate the signing of documents in a secure, convenient and timely manner. The platform allows us to electronically send envelopes to clients and other required parties to sign which improves and fast-tracks the speed of which our organisations operations and processes are implemented.

  • Progress of the envelopes are recorded and structured in an easy and visual manner to understand the status of the envelopes at all times

Annature's overall usability would be rated extremely high, the range of features implemented contribute to an extremely easy and effective experience when signing documents. Every feature you would think of to need when sending documents including signing order, two factor authentication and just the ease of uploading and preparing documents is included.
Annature is extremely easy and convenient to use, the range of options and features provided have made it that Annature exceeds that of the other products previous used by our organisation. We previous tested and trialled other ways of electronic signature but Annature proved to be the best in every aspect.

Annature is very well suited to sending envelopes to clients when signatures are provided, it also allows for two factor authentication to improve the security of sensitive information and documents. The ability to enable signing order has also proved very effective and easy when multiple parties are required to sign.
