Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Workfront

The tool helps us to to assing tasks, set priorities and define timelines among the team members.
We mainly use the timesheets to understand how our tasks are being delivered through the time and how the progress is done.

Pros

  • Notifications of assignments
  • Administration of time
  • Understand the utilization of the team members

Cons

  • It would be great to have different visualizations of the timesheets
  • I think that, since it is easier to administrate tasks and projects, and understand the progress and available budget of our clients, it is a great tool
For me, monday.com is a bit more intuitive and user-friendly oriented, but Adobe Workfront has more tools to administrate the available budget of the project, the utilization and occupation of the team members and the general progress of the project. However, it would be great if the documentation of Adobe Workfront was a bit more accessible.

It is a great software when you are collaborating with a team or even with your customers to understand the progress of your project. I think it is really useful and has a lot of tools that help you administrating tasks and projects, however, I think it is a bit complex and requires some training that other administrative tools don't and I havent seen documentation about the use of it
