Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Social
Adobe Social was used as our social analytics tool. It helped guide the overall content strategy for the social department and enabled the department to be more efficient and analytical. Adobe Social provided measurable top level results for our department managers. Social media can be tough to analyze, but Adobe Social solved this problem.
- In-Depth analytics.
- Excellent social listening tools.
- Efficient way of content distribution.
- Updating the #'s. Sometimes I would have to wait a day or two for this update.
- Faster responses: I would have to wait at least a day or two to hear back from customer service.
- Layout: sometimes the layout of things was hard to find.
I was the main person in my company to use the platform. I would generate reports via Adobe Social to give to my boss, so he had seen the functionality within the platform. But I was the contact for day to day. If another social person was brought on, I am sure that we would have both used it.
I use Social Studio currently at my job and I believe both are very similar products. Adobe Social has stronger analytics, including revenue and leads generated. Social Studio's layout is a little easier to navigate. Although it has its bugs too. Overall both platforms are great, but I definitely give an edge to Adobe Social in analytics.
