Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Experience Manager
Work with my IT organization and partner agency developing our consumer facing brand sites. With Adobe Sites, we develop and maintain 57 websites across the globe. Our brand website is a critical piece in our digital ecosystem as it is the destination of several digital campaigns as well as a source of content leading to a significant organic traffic.
Pros
- Decouples experience fragments from content fragments
- Digital Assets management
- Simplifies the localization process for global markets
Cons
- Integration with 3rd party applications
- Quick content fixes could be simpler
- Workflow capabilities
- Scalability to manage multi locale sites
- Re-usability of components decreases the time to launch new pages
- Multi-site management - makes my life easier managing multiple markets
- Experience Fragments create a lot of synergies among the different pages and avoids recreating experiences in our website.
We are still in the initial stage of using Adobe Target for A/B Testing, but the potential for improving our websites based on actual user behavior data is significant.
