Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

In our organization, we constantly have contracts that require signatures. Sometimes these contracts need to be quickly executed in order to avoid delays. This is never more prominent that projects requiring permitting. Being able to electronically sign documents from anywhere is a blessing. It keeps the work and improvements going.

One of the most important factors, in our purchase decision, is cloud support. Often, we utilize Dropbox to share our files securely. With this process, sharing documents that requires a signature is frequent. It is nice to be able to share those documents to multiple recipients and be able to track the signature chain.

Adobe Acrobat Sign is a straightforward, easy-to-use, software that alleviates the need for physical presence to sign documents. There are many similar solutions on the market, but Adobe Acrobat Sign comes from a family of trusted solutions. Knowing that this solution is backed by Adobe's technical support, the decision to use Adobe Acrobat Sign is unchallenged.

I feel Adobe Acrobat Sign holds their own to the DocuSign brand. I see more organizations using DocuSign, but feel I can easily use the toolset that Adobe Acrobat Sign offers. I really like the signature tracking feature that Adobe Acrobat Sign offers and combined with the cloud storage integration, Adobe Acrobat Sign has my vote.
Adobe Acrobat Sign is perfectly suited for contract document signatures. The signature tracking features has been, by far, a favorite. If you notice a delay, you are able to reach out to the signer for further clarification. I have not come across a scenario where Adobe Acrobat Sign was not appropriate.
