Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Use it for all accounting, CRM, working on integrating entire process from bid to field tickets to invoicing and payment. Use it for manufacturing to keep track of inventory in 4 warehouses. Have dashboards set up for basic information - bank balances, AR, AP in all 4 of our companies. Two countries and two currencies and it works great.

- Our implementation was expensive but we didn't have qualified people on our end. You need good people for implementation!

Acumatica VAR/Partner
We have a manufacturing business and a service business. I haven't seen any shortfalls (there was no Canadian tax or payroll module when we started but there is now) in the program. It is constantly being improved and I don't hear any complaints from my staff on using it.
We tried implementing SAP and it was an expensive nightmare and we abandoned the process after sinking a couple hundred thousand and getting nowhere. We also used Quickbooks and then Quickbooks Enterprise but we outgrew its capabilities.
