We use Acumatica for time entry and billing. It has been a great system for invoicing our customers.

I think Acumatica is well suited for a lot of different use cases. I think a separate CRM is appropriate rather than using Acumatica for very detailed client info. Hopefully that system will integrate and speak with Acumatica though.
