Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica to manage our construction project financials and company wide finances. Acumatica allows our users to access real time project financial information from anywhere at anytime.
Pros
- Provide controlled access to users.
- Allow managers insight to make more informed business decisions
- Ability to segregate financials by branch
Cons
- You cannot easily see in the project screen what a customer has paid you
- You can print one Pay App for all retainage. Should be an option to release all retainage at end of project on one pay app.
- We are able to make business decisions based on overall company financials and at a branch level much faster
- Our project teams can access their financial data without having to depend on a finance user to export and send

We use Acumatica to manage our company financials at a project and branch level. This gives us insight faster and ability to make better informed business decisions.
Acumatica far exceeds Quickbooks. We only have about 5 users in QB and they had to export and or manually update other systems for our project teams to be able to see the health of their jobs.
