Overall Satisfaction with Acuity Scheduling

I use Acuity Scheduling to schedule clients for coaching and to meeting with potential clients.

Pros

  • Integrates with my online calendar.
  • Reminds clients of meeting so there are not missed meetings.
  • Makes updates to its software that are helpful.

Cons

  • Integrate payments with waveapps.com .
  • Linking Acuity Scheduling to iCloud calendar - I have had difficulty with that.
  • Looks more professional than back and forth emailing.
  • Clients get an email reminding them of appointments, so there are fewer no-shows.
  • Clients can schedule and reschedule as needed - again, saving time and money on the back and forth of emails.
I preferred the light-hearted communication from Acuity Scheduling. They are very customer-service oriented and the calendar is easy to set up. I am able to customize using my brand's colors, logo, and documents for clients. I also like the ability to set up purchasing packages, subscriptions and gift certificates. It adds to the variety of ways clients can work with me.
Acuity Scheduling is well-suited to allow clients to schedule appointments and meetings when it is convenient for them, as it eliminates the back and forth of emails.It is most suited for those who have structured days.
Last minute scheduling is limited - and if you have a very flexible calendar, it might not work as well.
