Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I have an online yoga membership and I use ActiveCampaign for email marketing. This includes sending regular newsletters to my mailing list but also using automations to warm up and convert leads through a sales funnel, and also to onboard new members. ActiveCampaign enables me to segment my audience with incredible detail, track website visits and send relevant and timely communications to my audience.

  • Converting leads into customers through automations
  • Converting prospects on a free trial through automations
  • Upselling customers from a course to a member through automations
The level of sophistication and detail of the automations and segmentation is much higher with ActiveCampaign vs. Mailchimp resulting in much more targeted campaigns. Also, the user experience is so much more intuitive and easier to navigate with ActiveCampaign.

As a small business owner / solopreneur, ActiveCampaign is ideal for my business because it offers the ability to build sophisticated automations which save me time and also have a big impact on conversion. It's simple and intuitive to use and allows me to be incredibly detailed with my marketing output.
