Overall Satisfaction with Act-On
We use Act-On as a go-between for our sales and marketing departments. While it does require an experienced Salesforce Admin on our company's side to access the more advanced option, it's a great tool for lead generation for our sales team.
Pros
- Monitoring lead score
- Sending notifications to sales people when a new lead comes in
Cons
- The functionality isn't as straight forward as it could be. The naming of some options/settings is not intuitive and doesn't always mean what it sounds like.
- We haven't really had an impact on our overall objectives, but it does help with interdepartmental communication and tracking of leads
It's more user-friendly and easier to edit email templates.
