Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Here at 7Vals, the HR department is the one who uses it actively but the best thing about Simplicant is that we can add hiring managers from other departments as well in it and they can easily access every information they need to. Simplicant has made our recruitment much easier and paperless as well.

  • Have the best option of posting jobs directly to LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • The filter options are great, they do wonders in-terms of shortlisting.

  • The scheduling process through Simplicant can be made better.
