I use Rippling for all HR Management and for Payroll. It really make the whole process smooth and seamless. The best part is that it'll catch me if there are any discrepancies and will inform me. Their customer support team is really great and will get back to me, usually within an hour or two and the latest by the end of the day. They are very clear in their responses and really know the system well!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Rippling does a great job with integrating all your benefits, timekeeping, payroll, and company directory needs in a very easy to navigate interface without excessive clicking through tons of pages full of jargon. It's nice that Rippling is able to break down teams by your direct reports instead of looking through a large list. As a user that's just an employee of a company that decided to use Rippling, all the main points of use should be readily available to access through your home dashboard page.

I don't use the "apps you may use" so it's hard to say.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for timekeeping and report approvals. A thorough detailed explanations of user-specific benefits for employer-sponsored benefits or FSA-related benefits could be useful. I enjoy that there are "tip pop-ups" as you're using Rippling on the web browser. It's helpful that it shows you these tidbits when it may be your first time using or navigating that section of Rippling.

Rippling is our ATS system, as well as used for payroll within our company. We were in need of a product that could more custimize the uses we were needing in order to track our new and current employees. Rippling has allowed us to keep track on time sheets, applicants and payroll through their various applications.

I've used other tracking and payroll application in the past and Rippling is very user friendly. There are aspects in their program that could use more work, but for a smaller company it gives you that big corporate feel when managing your employees and future employees. If you are looking for a way to track your small business and be able to feel like you are running a bigger operation, I highly recommend using Rippling to get your feet off the ground.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Rippling as our full scope HRIS product. We use this for basic functions like onboarding (including signing all required onboarding documents), managing important information about employees (like pay rate, job title, etc.) and payroll, but it's also been a great tool for implementing SSO to enhance security, running detailed reporting, etc. Rippling has continued to add additional products that has allowed us to reduce the number of platforms needed within the HR team.

Implementing customer feedback to improve products.
Working with third-party vendors to set up valuable API integrations.

Cons

There have been many times where email notifications have either been sent to the wrong person, or several of the same notification has been sent multiple times in a short period.
Reporting feature can run slow and take a while to load when running larger, more detailed reports.
Sales people from other parts of the company will send sales emails to existing customers instead of having the CSM send regular updates on new features/product offerings.

We recently started using Rippling and I am so far amazing. The onboarding process was so easy and seamless. The functionality of the site and app are much easier than the previous organization we were using. The customer service as well are so helpful and there for any questions we need during this process. I am excited to use this long term.

My company uses Rippling to clock in and out, enroll in benefits, and payroll information.

Pros

Makes it easy to log in and out and keep track of my time
It is easy to see my vacation/ sick time and request time off
It is easy to access my paycheck info

Cons

One of the most confusing things is trying to request a change on the timecard if there was an error. There is not a clearcut way to go from step to step. I usually have to click on the wrong area a couple times before getting it done.

Tracking work hours for hourly employees, managing salary and benefits for full-time employees.

Made the transition from a different payroll management platform very easy

Cons

Adding hours worked could be easier. Currently you cannot just input a number and must use a timecard format.

Rippling is great for salaried employees who are also using the platform to manage benefits. It's a little more cumbersome for hourly employees who need to enter their hours worked each week as the format for doing so could be easier. That being said, I think it's still a great platform for both situations once you get used to it.

Our HR Department uses Rippling to distribute employee information including benefits and payroll. I was able to get a full spectrum of information about my company's offerings and easily navigate through the system. Very impressive and straight-forward.

We absolutely love Rippling! We joined Rippling within the past year after leaving ADP's PEO service model. We were originally planning on sticking with ADP but in a non-PEO fashion, but due to continued support issues, compliance concerns, and overall account mismanagement and errors, we decided to look into other options. When doing research, Rippling consistently came up as a top contender for HRIS/Payroll needs. They checked all of the boxes and even checked a few more that we didn't even have on our list. We're impressed by how much more intuitive it is than ADP. It's a very robust system and allows for a lot of customization without feeling like a jumbled mess. The number Rippling apps and external integrations offered also really helped push us to Rippling (ex: automated BG checks, performance management, OKRs, MS Office, 401k, IT/Device Management, etc.)

Rippling also has great customer service and support. Any time we need support we get a response almost instantaneously, for any complex questions it's typically resolved within 24-72 hours with consistent updates on the status. Their help center articles are amazing and in-depth, both for system admins and employees.

Rippling is an all-in-one HR platform that offers onboarding, payroll, and benefits management services. The platform is designed to simplify HR processes and make them more manageable for businesses of all sizes. One of the standout features of Rippling is its onboarding process. I believe it is straightforward and easy to use. My onboarding was so simple due to its automated workflows that help streamline the onboarding process, saving time and reducing errors. I've been able to also use their payroll and benefits management services. I can agree that the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, with a user-friendly interface. Overall, it deserves the high praise for its ease of use and efficiency.
