Fortunately, we haven't had to invest in this tool, the client is the owner of the tool so as far as ROI, I would have to imagine that it is paying off for them.

Based on my experience with data loads I would question whether it is flexible enough for a small company to make it worth the purchase.

Although it isn't my ultimate decision which applicant tracking system we use, if I got a chance to put my two cents in, I would advise my management team to renew our Peoplefluent license.
