Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use mFax by Documo frequently in our organization. mFax is a simple way to fax, eliminating the need for a fax machine to be present in the office. It is highly efficient. We can send confidential materials over fax as well as confidential correspondence, which is very helpful to our firm. Documo allows us efficiency by sending our faxes without us ever having to leave our desk.

  • Documo's status update page is always updated and problems are resolved in a reasonable time frame.
  • Documo is simple to use for faxing materials.
  • Documo sends a copy of faxes to your email inbox - alerting you that you have received a fax instantly.

  • I would like it to be easier to add contacts
  • Larger faxes being sent sooner
