What is Consensus?
Consensus is an Intelligent Demo Automation Platform built to enable buyers by scaling presales with interactive video demos. Presales and technical sales teams automate repetitive product demos which allows them to reallocate that time to higher value activities. Buyers get a tailored demo — one that guides them with digital, interactive and on-demand video demos. This in turn helps sellers uncover additional stakeholders and eliminates unqualified demos, which in turn brings both sides to the table ready to talk specifics when live calls occur.
Consensus Intelligent Demo Automation is a platform built to shorten the sales cyle by focusing on enabling the buyer with demo content they want by scaling presales. Sales reps send presales-created content on demand from demo libraries and leverage analytics to align buyer stakeholders based on persona priorities and specific value propositions. Elements of this platform include: Interactive Video Demos: Videos recorded by SEs and SCs that are uploaded into Consensus. Sales reps share demos from integrations or Chrome extensions and buyers personalize their experience by ranking features based on relevance and eliminting unwanted noise. Interactive Product Tours: Consensus allows reps to create tours that allow buyers to click through the most important parts of the solution and receive additional information via text guides and video explainers. Consensus - A New Way to Win Business
Almost all of my sales engagements have unique pain points and areas for improvement. Consensus allows me to record custom demos on areas of our platform that are most meaningful for my prospective customers. This means, I can address my prospects in a more personable way than ever before and has led to significant increases in engagement by my prospective customers.
- Consensus does a great job at facilitating a low-pressure environment for me to demonstrate my platform's solutions and address key bottlenecks that can be solved for with our platform.
- Consensus allows me to pre-record boiler plate demos that I can "rinse and repeat" for standard, out of the box functionalities
- Consensus integrates well with standard emailing and resource distribution software providers
- The front-end UX could be improved to look and feel more like a mature SaaS solution
- There's a limited amount of help resources to assist throughout the video building process
- I'd like to see more integrations with broader SaaS solutions to unlock more use cases (i.e. Engaging in group formats, long-form webinars, etc)

Pre demo stage we have been able to share long form video content with the prospects and easily identify what sections of the video are being watched multiple times. Based on this info we have been able to tailor our demos as it shows whats important to them.

This makes the whole sales process much easier for both sides. I would find it very difficult to provide customers the information in another way.

- System gives errors when creating demos which are larger than an hour or more. Scalability would be appreciated.
- Folder structure we create in the demo liberty should be mandatory for users so that we can avoid duplication of demo boards.
It is also ideal for enablement and trainings, which reduces classroom type work shops time and cost while increasing the flexibility offered to students to follow sorted courses at their own timeline. however Consensus might not be mostly suitable to upload lard scale technical demos as we have experienced it giving errors. Therefore with future enhancements I believe this more be a much more flexible and scalable product.
