We're looking for ways to quickly and easily manage our contacts to keep track of our clients efficiently. We also use the email campaigns with Bigin that easily incorporates specific fields to customize our emails. It's quick and simple to setup unlike others that require a much steeper learning curve.
Pros
Simple.
Automate workflow.
clean interface.
Cons
contacting Bigin's support for pricing which they haven't responded even after providing my account number
more options for customizing workflow triggers like if the email recipient doesn't respond in a certain amount of time, then trigger an action.

We're a small business so we don't have time for complicated CRM and need one that can quickly setup. This is great to start and as the business grows, we can add or upgrade at that time if there is a need for it.

We use Bigin by Zoho CRM as an “operational CRM” — a lightweight tool for daily work. Pipelines, notes, tasks, and email integrations allow us to keep the entire client communication process in one place. When connected with our BI dashboards and DWH, the system serves as an input data source for subsequent analytics.
We were looking for a CRM that was easy to use, with an intuitive interface and no unnecessary features that would only complicate our team's day-to-day work. Bigin CRM offers us exactly that, and at an extremely competitive price. Our sales teams is growing and Bigin CRM has made our work much easier.
Pros
Easy to use
Easy to configure and access performance reports
highly customizable
Cons
For now it suits our needs 100%

Great for products/services sales teams.
I think it would be too basic for more complex sales teams, like projects with diferent departments involved.
I use Bigin to mainly streamline my entire process and sales force, eliminating working on sheets, which has made it even better to grasp and tap on the follow-ups that used to get missed while using conventional methods. It helps me churn data faster and keep track of the activities of the staff. Bigin mobile app also helps me to log calls, which can help me with the trust about my staff actually making those calls.
Pros
Churn Data.
Manage People.
Filter Data.
Create Views.
Cons
Filter of activities that were marked in the past but were changed later.
To share bulk contacts via the phone app.

The best way to use for a small business that mainly runs its business by making calls. Including a lot of other factors, Bigin helps in data tracking and CRM management. It helps me to analyse the daily work done by the team, and it will also benefit my friends if they run a business; also, the prices are reasonable for a small business.

As the salesperson for a small, service-based business, I love that Bigin offers a free version with most of the features I need to have--contacts and companies, sure, but also pipelines, forms, and activities. I can schedule needed follow up, which is huge to stay on track so no leads fall through the cracks.
Pros
able to schedule activities and follow ups
contact and company layout makes intuitive sense
calendar replaces other free versions for scheduling meetings
Cons
needs more follow up and reminder automations in free version
We’re complete CRM newcomers and have just started rolling out Zoho Bigin in our startup-support organization. Right now Bigin feels refreshingly simple: the interface is clean, dragging deals between stages snaps like a magnet, and all the key contact data fits on a single screen. We didn’t need any training to begin adding our first leads. We already see that, whenever we’re ready, we can expand the pipeline, add custom fields, or layer in automations—comforting proof that the tool can grow alongside us.
Pros
Zero-friction onboarding
Imported 200 Google-Sheet leads in under 5 min via copy-paste wizard; field mapping was drag-&-drop, no CSV-headache.
Email templates – yes, but the editor is limited.
Merge-tags work, yet you can’t drop in advanced HTML; our logo had to be linked from an external URL. On the plus side, a bulk send of 25 emails went through without a hitch and none landed in spam – big win for us.
Reports – fast but shallow.
The dashboard quickly shows “deals closed” and “average stage duration,” yet you can’t pull conversion rates by lead source without digging into an export. Good enough for the board, too thin for an analyst.
Automation – paywalled only.
We wanted Bigin to auto-send a survey when a deal moved to “Won,” but workflows are a paid feature. You can test them during the trial; once it expires it’s back to manual clicks.
Cons
No multi-select bulk move in pipeline After a webinar we had 42 cold leads that qualified → wanted to drag them all to “Interested” in one go. You can’t; moved them one-by-one like playing Solitaire.
Workflows hidden behind pay-wall We needed an auto-survey when deal = “Won”. Works in trial, the day licence dropped back to free the rule simply stopped – zero warning.
Offline mobile = read-onlyMentor met founder in co-working basement (no Wi-Fi). Took paper notes, re-typed into Bigin back at office → duplicate risk.
Pick-list values can’t be deactivated, only deletedWe miss-typed “Refferal” instead of “Referral”. To fix, must delete; history of 60 old records then shows empty source.
Likelihood to Recommend
I’d gladly recommend Bigin to a micro-team that needs a CRM yesterday, but I’d warn anyone who lives inside dashboards or needs deep automation.”
Where Bigin is spot-on0-to-CRM in 48 hCopy-paste Excel, drag columns to match fields, hit import → 200 leads alive in under five minutes. Where Bigin starts to creakMarketing wants source ROIDashboard shows “deals closed”, not “Facebook leads → 12 % conversion”. You’ll export CSV every Monday and pivot in Excel until the CFO screams.Post-sale automationYou dream: deal = Won → send NPS + create invoice task. Reality: workflows live behind the paywall, so you manually copy-paste e-mail addresses into Mailchimp.Bulk actions at scaleAfter a webinar you qualify 60 leads at once.
