Cons	Storable The utilization of a referral system within the software. A more consistent outcome with automated delinquency stages from storEDGE to mail to the post office to the renter. Having an API built out with some of the real estate based task managers. The ability to subtract security deposits in delinquency mailings for compliance with various State Lien Laws. The possibility exists for creating custom business solutions with their staff. They continually hold webinars, release improvements, new features, etc. It removes a lot of tasks that would be time-consuming for the operations staff.
