Sociabble is the more premium and customizable version of Smarp. It offers significantly more customization, even if it isn't as 'turnkey' of a solution for a team. I would encourage anyone with a large team (100+ members) or the time/resources to commit to this effort to …
Most organizations interested in a Social Selling/Employee Advocacy platform would do well to try out Sociabble. It can be customized and adapted to perfectly fit your organization's needs and will almost certainly provide ROI on user engagement and connection to the broader goals of the organization. The only reason I might not suggest Sociabble would be if you're looking for a quick, turnkey solution to Employee Advocacy for a smaller team. All of the customization and gamification options Sociabble offers might be underutilized by small teams and do require some level of setup/configuration.

We've had a total of ~30 support tickets with Sociabble and am not proud to say that if we had done better research, probably 20 of them could have been solved with their useful help documentation/content. However, when we do run into an issue within the platform, their Support Team is always quick to assist and provide an acceptable solution.
The platform allows companies to deliver content to their employees that helps them grow and engage, which consequently leads to better delivery, making the company's service more efficient. Efficiency generates customer satisfaction.
Scheduling posts allows them to set aside just a few hours to schedule all the posts for the week or even the month, creating time to dedicate to other daily tasks.
I would also like to highlight the customer support we get from the Sociabble team, as it is very good and efficient.
