Likelihood to Recommend A small/medium size business is a great space for Rippling to play. They offer many of the "good enough" items that most businesses this size would need. A complex / large organization might not benefit from the "off the shelf" version of Rippling as the workflows/automation/reporting isn't tiered for enterprise level companies. Sometimes we have to make workarounds to avoid paying the extra fees for workflows etc. that come base level for vendors like WorkDay.

We have visibility of recruitment requirements and significantly improved our approvals process using the software. We have been able to configure our hiring processes relevant to different areas of the business. Collaboration for our hiring teams (managers and business partners) is simple and effective. Candidate experience is enhanced and engaging. The platform has brought many benefits to our Resourcing business partners and hiring managers. We have visibility and insightful data which has integrity, allowing us to make informed business decisions. Our offer process has seen significant improvements and provides an engaging candidate experience, previously this was a labour-intensive process that is now streamlined and automated. The recently launched Community for collaboration amongst customers is very helpful and insigtful for how other people are using the software and exploring ideas with each other
Read full review Pros Rippling integrates with QuickBooks Online. As such, we no longer have to post our weekly payroll journal entry manually. The payroll journal entry syncs automatically from Rippling to QuickBooks Online weekly. This has helped saved our accounting department time. The onboarding workflows in Rippling are terrific. We have been able to assign tasks to our team when we hire a new team member. This allows are staff to stay organized and it also helps ensure that all tasks are completed in advance of the new hires first day with the company. We use the Rippling spend module to help manage corporate credit cards that are issued to staff members. When a staff member makes a purchase on their corporate card they receive a text message. Once the staff member receives the text message they reply to the text with a picture of the receipt and a memo describing the transaction. This process has helped alleviate the amount of admin time the accounting department spends on gathering receipts and information from card holders. We really like the org chart since it can be accessed by all employees. This allows our staff to see who reports to who and what each employee's job title is. This allows for more effective lines of communication within the organization. Product feedback is taken seriously so I always give it whenever I can and end up seeing results. Rippling is the new wave of HRIS that cannot compare against others in the industry just due to the fact they are super user friendly!

I understand that at the moment there are lots of factors affecting the economy and business outcomes, so I cannot comment with certainty on the renewal of SmartRecruiters at this time, not involved in the confirmation of renewal.
Read full review Usability This software program is straightforward enough for an 8th-grade student. We work in a very technical industry, and terminology can become confusing, so we like to make it digestible for grade-schoolers to understand. Otherwise, team members can become bored with the software, which could lead to less activity and involvement, as well as care about their benefits, payroll, etc.
Read full review I would give this rating as overall it a great combo of all your problems. With just one click you can get away with all your problems such as recruitment, candidate update, Interview scheduling, updating candidates, reports of a job perspective, and recruiters perspective. Usability is worth of SmartRecruiters. The dashboard is also very attractive and once you open you will love working on this platform again and again. I would say it is the best platform to use once for smooth work in your organization.
Read full review Reliability and Availability I like that the availability in using Rippling at any given time is useful to me. Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.

I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.

Read full review Support Rating I only have called once. They have a call center located in India. The people are truly helpful and helped me fixed my problem. They are very responsive and techy enough to know what causes the problem of my Rippling. The only thing that I didn't like and still needs improvement is when they spent an hour to fix my problem.
Read full review Response is normally very fast. There are times, however, when the response is not useful. It is difficult to work with the reporting and the offer letter templates, and the front line support agents usually are not very knowledgeable. Second, if there are any issues with integrations, the regular support agents will not be able to help you. You'll have to create that ticket and ask them to escalate it to an integration specialist.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Rippling provides more features than the other products and the user interface is easier to use and integrates better with other platforms. We use NetSuite, and Rippling integrates well with NetSuite. Rippling also is a lot faster when it comes to loading screens and opening pages, PTO, organizational trees, etc
Read full review I've really enjoyed using SmartRecruiters, but these other ATSs that we've checked out offer better reporting features and price points. Over time, we may be transitioning off of SmartRecruiters to one of these ATSs because the price is a set price where SmartRecruiters has employee-based pricing model. Also, these other software products offer better reporting features that would eliminate some of our manual tracking process that we're currently doing.
Read full review Scalability I can go on here and see all my hours and pto plus health benefits. I like to have the work handbook handy to refer to legal things. How to work my role within it's limits. Being able to put in my hours and view when they are approved is a huge benefit for me.

Rippling has made it incredibly clear how much time I have been taking off (or not), making it easier to implement PTO strategically. Rippling makes taking training super easy and efficient, therefore more likely to see increased completion.
