Advantage is that is it easily available as a stand alone software as well as a solution which easily integrates with any application such as ERP, Tally or MS Office. It is easy to use and makes document signing fast. Less suited for organizations that are cost conscious, since cheaper alternatives from competitors are available.

great for sending out duplicate forms to clients that require a signature, this is fine when you do not have to keep changing details on the form. What is limited is if we need to change elements that need to be signed or remove elements as the original form is loaded up as a Word document or PDF. There are a variety of selection options to ensure that the data fields can be customized to font color and size number of characters etc.

  • I'm just a user of this software, but I have heard it is a bit pricey.
  • Not sure if it exists already, but I would like to have an option to use the sign feature on a mobile device. This would really save a lot of extra time in my work routine.

Because my job was not hosted on Citrix products or a part of their suited, we decided against that. DocuSign was good, but since our documents were so large we wanted something that would be more efficient on that scale. Also, for the price, this was the most effective for our business use

DocuSign seems to be more commonly used and often times clients will ask if we can use that as opposed to Zoho Sign.
