It is good for small and medium-size customers. Large customers have unique requirements and D365 somewhere lacking compared to products like SAP SCM. UX is very good. Works well with integration with Microsoft products. Integration with 3rd party products like SAP is not that great. It is easier to learn compared to SAP.

It just operates across multiple regions with various manufacturing facilities, and that too with very much ease; it is simple, solid and very reliable in terms of working when the logistics is an issue and fetches data and insights very quickly.
