The software is used well for us since we wanted to cut down on incorrect invoicing and fraudulent purchase orders from our distributors. We were dealing with some fake transactions that then were sent through our sales pipeline and ultimately were paid out. For businesses that are looking for 3rd party verifications to prevent these types of mistakes it has worked well.
Some of the top parts is the speed at which the checks can be completed. Usually customers get notified right away and then complete it within a few minutes. Other solutions we had to wait a long time for the customer to fill out the information needed.
We also liked the pricing structure as it fit our budget and allowed us to have enough security without giving up many features. This balance was important to see what we needed to pay extra for such as lookups on government databases.
Having the branding and customization was another benefit as we could match all the themes and different collection points to our own tools.

We didn't really compare other solutions since this one beat them out on pricing right now so it met our budget. There were a few other options we found using Google search and review sites like TrustRadius but nothing was really fitting our needs. We wanted a company in the USA too so that helped make the decision and they had the ability to get on calls with us to answer questions. The other options we looked at took too long to setup meetings and answer some basic questions about their product.
More customers signup with us now that there is less setup time for their accounts. the onboarding process is much faster. The flow for verifications has been better and can help us get going when we need to use it most.
Our budget was lower and the roi took only a month or two then we started seeing savings from increased customer acquistions. We made sure each budget was adjusted according to the rate of signups and season.
Our main business objective has been international expansion and the tool made us confident we could do it safely. We felt it was a good fit.
