Odoo is an open-source CRM software boasting over 5 million users. With it, sales teams can keep track of top leads and opportunities. Users can personalize their sales cycle, take control of their statistics/forecasts, and create marketing campaign automation to increase their overall sales performance. Sales teams are able to analyze the quality of their leads, make faster decisions, and save time by integrating emails from all contacts directly into Odoo as a fully integrated app.
Leadsquared is well suited for small to medium-sized enterprises where the team is small and you have a lot of areas to explore. Every team can have their suites/ accounts customised accordingly. I am not sure if I can compare it for bigger enterprises but I feel this best of best to get your work done more efficiently.
We are not a huge company so it's great for the relatively basic requriements we have for storing customer data and logging conversations. I haven't delved too deep inot opportunity tracking but the little I looked didn't seem quite as strong as a tool like Salesforce which I used previously
Call history is recorded like dialed calls, connected calls, total talktime in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and on a custom basis.
The activity history of both customers, and employees are shown clearly, which help us a lot in understanding the interest of the customer, and their communication history with the organization.
Daily attendance history and man-days management can be done.
Sales performance and their values are mapped clearly.
It is an excellent value for money solution and is fulfilling all our needs quite efficiently. They keep working on the product and each month sees an update allowing for a bug free experience and faster incorporation of newer tools. I see no reason why I would not like to renew the subscription for this fabulous product.
Having talked about all other things in detail in my previous responses, this question I feel is redundant but then I will highlight the points again - Easy to Use - Flexible - Robust System - Ever-evolving - Support & Service - Integrations with third party tools & technologies - LMS - Data Management & Reports - Landing Page Options
The technical glitch and delay in opening and going to next lead is the major reason for not continuing with odoo. We faced few lead mismatch between source and CRM count also. The interface and features of Odoo is perfectly well and useful when it comes to process leads and do regular follow up

This was a bit of a sticking point, we find the support can be lacking and generally its recommended to spurchase a support pack of hours in order to benefit from full support. We have subsequently gone on to do a lot of the implementation and training by ourselves following lots of trial and error so although things are working now, it was initialy a bumpy road implementing!
I looked closely at Infusionsoft. While the nurturing/decision tree tool of Infusionsoft was far more sophisticated, the many negative reviews of Infusionsoft lead me to look elsewhere. Leadsquared had very positive reviews and aggressive pricing. It has less features, but the features they have were the ones I wanted to focus on.
Odoo was referred by one of my friends and interface was attractive with all these pipelines, filters, etc
We were able to filter leads super precisely and project as per our vision. The notes and reminders are useful. Odoo Congress with inbuilt calender option from where you can create events and share with the team or the respective prospects
Automated Lead Nurturing helps reduce a lot of manual work.
A lot of our time goes into creating custom reports. Making the reporting feature more flexible and robust will help in saving a lot of time and energy.
