Read full review One area of concern is the many data silos that are present within SAP sales cloud While creating filters for accessing sales lead reports, the accuracy is missing sometimes. The product is quite vast and a lot more learning material and knowledge base documents are required. We've moved on to a larger CRM that can assist and support our team fully.

Read full review Implementation Rating We had two people, myself included, learn everything we could during the setup of our initial interface setup. We became the "masters" of the software so other employees had someone to go to internally with any issues or questions.

Read full review Scalability SAP Sales Cloud scalability and flexibility are highly beneficial to our global operations; we can easily manage additional languages, regions, and currencies.......... with great simplicity, we can manage a high volume of data(of sales, customers....)and perfectly handle increased data loads and transactions. It becomes much easier to maintain performance effectively.
