JazzHR is an ATS and recruiting software. JazzHR aims to replace antiquated hiring processes like email and spreadsheets with an intuitive applicant tracking system that helps recruiters and hiring managers build a scalable and effective recruiting process.
I think Greenhouse is much stronger than JazzHR. Where Jazz scratches the surface, Greenhouse takes it to the next level. Especially in regards to customizing the platform for whatever your organization needs. I found that Jazz is fine for a small organization but with a larger …
iCIMS is VERY clunky compared to Greenhouse. I have heard good things about Lever. We demo'd with Lever and Jazz when we were selecting a new ATS and went with Greenhouse. I have heard Greenhouse is more expensive than others and some companies get priced out. When I recommend …
A lot of new features and Recruiter friendly Interface is what made us to choose Greenhouse over any other competition in Market. Cost is another factor as Greenhouse is available at a very competitive price in Market. This is an overall package for all your recruitment, …
Greenhouse is the standard, it is the most expensive but it's worth it. If you wanted to spend less, I'd suggest Lever but that will also mean cutting on some neat features that could improve your recruiting process.
Greenhouse has the best third-party integrations with other systems, which increases our candidate flow and reduces our friction and number of manual steps in our interview process. It has some of the best workflow definitions and interview structuring support with objective …
Greenhouse is cheaper, functionally better, and easier to use regardless of how it looks. Customer Support for Greenhouse is a million times better. Free posts to Glassdoor Jobs page (huge money saver).
Both Greenhouse and Lever at least seemed to have great products and great teams; they simply weren't worth 2-5X the cost for us. Now, let's be clear - a platform that helps you hire the best people is a certainly worth 2-5X (or perhaps 10X) the cost. However, for most small …
Compared with these products, Jazz shines when it comes to it's intuitive interface and ease of customization. Hands down the easiest to setup. Lever and Jobvite handle MS calendars better. Jobvite handles tools to handle high volume, but at a severe cost to usability. Green…
I feel Greenhouse and JazzHR are pretty similar. I'm more of a fan of JazzHR because of the ability to customize. I feel with Greenhouse, you had to do something one way and was not able to change it.
It is a user friendly interface that makes the tool easy to use. The tool can be scale up from startups and growing companies to presidential companies. JazzHR tool is not too expensive as you can customise the tool according to company's needs. It can integrate plenty of job …
JazzHR was the most user-friendly and not too robust for our small company. I also liked JazzHR's dashboard and how you can see everything on one screen. The price was also very reasonable for JazzHR where the others were very expensive.
Well suited for Big organizations where recruitment is a daily task. Understanding of Greenhouse workings is simple and it is not difficult to train people who use it for first time. Greenhouse is less appropriate if you are looking for sharing offer letters or doing employee onboarding. Did not had a great experience in doing that
Since it allows you to tag candidates based on their level of talent or potential utility to the company, it is best used to identify the best prospects in large operations, such as multi-franchise oriented businesses that cover all kinds of sales. It can be used to make periodic assessments of the level of employee growth in certain departments, and based on the results let us know if certain employees would do better working in another type of area, so that the overall work operations are more uniform. JazzHR could excel in departments that use a high level of reporting, as its administrative tools provide high content reports with statistics on the performance of each employee or candidate at different levels.
Greenhouse Security is simple, but not that granular. For example, everytime new recruiter joins, we have to give them access manually one by one. There is no one click or an easy way to auto assign security unlike other systems that we use such as Workday.
Greenhouse reporting is very lacking. Even though we are on the highest tier, we cannot extract data through this delivered feature. For example, scorecard custom questions. We have to do this through SQL.
Greenhouse Audit Log is also lacking. It is not useful at all. We cannot even see what job info changed and who changed it even though we are on the highest tier now.
It worked well for the majority of our needs and is still in use even though I've left the company. The Resumator was an interim solution until we found a system that integrated with all our other internal systems. However, we ended up staying with it because of ease of use
Greenhouse's user-friendly interface, efficient workflows, and integration capabilities with other HR tools make it a powerful tool for our company, helping us streamline our hiring and onboarding processes. With its customizable workflow and intuitive design, Greenhouse allows us to create a hiring process that suits their specific needs and requirements, without the need for extensive coding or technical expertise. Moreover, Greenhouse's integration capabilities with other HR tools enable us to centralise our hiring and onboarding data, making it easier to access and analyse applicant information, and reducing the risk of data loss or errors.
It's not a 10 due to the eTemplates. If those were less time-consuming to set up and if some common forms were available to select from already set up, then I would give it a 10.
I have never needed to call Greenhouse for support. I am not the primary account holder, nor do I use Greenhouse enough to merit calling support. I delegate that responsibility to the Recruiting team. They have never mentioned any experience with Greenhouse technical support, either bad or good. I would assume that they would tell me if the support was poor.
Each person I've spoken to have been helpful, positive and encouraging. Once you begin using JazzHR, they have intervals in which they reach out to you to see how you're doing or if you have any questions. When you're setting up, they review what you've done and offer praise as well as suggestions on how to make it work better for you. They offer webinars and online training videos to walk you through every process.
A solutions consultant walked me through each step. It was easy. As I progressed in setting things up, their support contacted me to set a time to walk through any possible issues and make suggestions on a better way to set it up. At any time, if I had a question, they were available and there are also training documents and videos available.
Tools appears very light to use. It does not take forever to load. the interface is very simple but capable, unlike many ATS's. The tools is Simple yet loaded with very useful functionalities that save a lot of time and expedites the processes. For different stakeholders, the tools works accordingly.
Both Greenhouse and Lever at least seemed to have great products and great teams; they simply weren't worth 2-5X the cost for us. Now, let's be clear - a platform that helps you hire the best people is a certainly worth 2-5X (or perhaps 10X) the cost. However, for most small and medium businesses, the three platforms are very similar. Once you have ~100s of different positions or ~100,000 applicants, then a more advanced ATS could be worth the cost. For us, Jazz is excellent. We have about 8 types of roles and 250 employees, and we see the Jazz system working very well for us even as we grow to 1,000+ employees.
