Read full review It's well suited for design and development professionals who are in the field of UX. It can be picked up by anyone, however, there's a steep learning curve. Developers do not see Figma (yet) as one of the tools core to their workflows. The moment that it will shift will be momentous, as it will bridge the gap between devs and designers even more.

It covers all the basic needs and provides extras, such as simple prototyping and the ability to use external plugins. Collaboration: It’s very easy to work together on the same file in Figma. You can easily brainstorm together or use Figma as a shared screen. Read full review It's so simple to use! I have no background in UI design but basic designing and I was able to learn this software Figma within 3-5 days. There are tons of tutorials available on Youtube from so many popular YouTubers in the space, you can just go through them and start designing.
Read full review Support Rating Needed to contact the support team as I had lost license details. Their response was fast, professional and what's more, very helpful. All the needed data was sent to me and I was able to reinstall Wondershare EdrawMax again.
Read full review I haven't used their support lately but in the past, they had a chat that I used often. They often responded in a few hours and were able to give a satisfactory solution. I would imagine it's less personal now but the community has expanded drastically so there are more resources out there to self serve with a bit of Google magic.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Obviously, Visio is considered the Gold standard, But you are locked into the MS ecosystem.
Lucidchart felt less polished and cumbersome to use. ConceptDraw UI was a bit more cluttered and the learning curves were a bit step.
Read full review At the time of evaluating between using Figma and Axure, circa 2019, Figma felt much more lightweight and fluid as compared to Axure. This quality allowed for quicker iteration. Another reason I chose Figma was the community. Figma was widely adopted by professionals in my role which to me meant that the application had a brighter future and was best catered to my uses.
