Ultimately, our organization selected CodeTwo Email Signatures for Microsoft 365 due to its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and our current licensing model we use at Microsoft 365, robust feature set, very user-friendly interface, and reputation for reliability and …
For most businesses, CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's signature solution would be a well-suited and logical pick. The solution is easy to set-up, fairly priced and a breeze to work with. A simple deployment is up and running in minutes, while more complex flows are handled without issue. Only situations where very high access-segmentation requirements are present, would not be served by the lack of better access control in the solution.
We use Xink for every client that has a team and wants to remain "on brand" with any email correspondence regardless with whatever device they are sending from, be it phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. We setup all our Xink instances so that it is "fully server side" which means the email signature is injected while in transit and appear correctly at the recipients end. It does get some getting used to when composing emails and there is no signature but a few tests create the confidence needed.
Changing font type and color doesn't work as expected when editing multiple lines in the simple editor
The custom scheduler lacks the option to recurrently schedule yearly events, e.g. the yearly Christmas signature from Dec 15 to Jan 15.
You can preview a signature with real user data when editing the template, but you cannot preview a signature based on multiple rules combined like a regular signature followed by a marketing banner and then a disclaimer.
Will absolutely renew the licenses for CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. We have been happy with their version for onprem exchange and updated to the m365 version after migrating our business to the cloud.
The email preview feature is great and super useful, but it should retain the selected sender until the editor is closed. I often preview a signature for a certain user, do some changes and want to preview them again without re-selecting the same sender every time.
The search field for selecting a sender for the preview should execute the search when the enter key is pressed.
Conditional placeholders are great but the handling could be better. For example: why do they have to be re-inserted after every change? Or when the default value is intentionally left empty, there should be a way to turn of the warnings.
No problems but we had a couple of questions about functionality or edge use cases and anytime I contacted CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 support I was absolutely happy with their responses. Very helpful, polite and smart people are working over at CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 support. I would suggest other companies to take note on CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's quality of support and service.
Their primary method of support was via chat which is quite responsive and generally online. If it is outside their support time, support tickets are responded to within 24hrs. I also found the support docs helpful and relevant. They would have received a 10 if it wasn't for when we had a support query and it took a couple of different agents before the solution was found in an existing support doc. Would have though that all their agents would know their knowledge base a lot better.
When we were moving to the cloud, we first thought that our own on-premise solution would suffice. However it didn't, so we needed something else and fairly quick. We did some Googling to search for several solutions, then our IT partner told us about CodeTwo. We decided to try it and we decided to stay for it is solid and it just works without all the hassle we had with the on-premise solution.
We used to use Simprex, and evaluated quite a few other email signature platforms such as Rocketseed/Parrot Digital and Exclaimer. We found Xink simply worked! First time and every time. It was also very cost effective and as a re-seller being able to view all out clients in a single pane of glass was also very convenient.
