There were no good reason to reach their support because demo programs and available tutorials online makes ease of usage of app more explanatory beyond this since its a workflow based application it empowers implementations to design their forms accordingly to own custom needs which makes it easier for trainers to train people for the system

Spotlight is more useful for startup organisations whereas Gensuite is used for organisations across different business domains creating a benchmark across the functions of the company helping the apex management to concentrate on the areas of improvement defining Policies in line with the data acquired.
