Chime CRM vs. Follow Up Boss

Honestly, in my opinion, if they improved customer service had a checks an balance system for their employees things would be better. Having major issues with certain features and your only source of reprieve is the person who caused the issue is abominable I feel. Not sound.

For CRM and real estate companies and realtors, it is very good for lead generation.

Sierra interactive Follow Up Boss

I have used Guru. They are different since one is a CRM and the other is a knowledge base. Guru definitely has a lot of good features for finding good information, but it doesn't have the CRM features of Follow Up Boss, like calling, chatting, emailing, and classifying customers.
