Apryse PDF SDK vs. BoldSign

PDFTon is best suited for larger organizations in order to maximize the multiple features and functionality and to justify the cost. The users will need a programmer that can develop solutions to deploy using multiple programming languages. They need to be able to understand how the different types of code can interact. Small organizations would have a hard time justifying the cost and may not have the skill sets to deploy it easily.

BoldSign makes completing legal documents easy. It is also safe and secure. My company is in commercial real estate development and we use BoldSign for all of our purchase agreements and lease transactions. It’s ease of use to setup and for end users makes it a worthwhile product for us

• It might be easier if you could select signature (or any heading for that matter) and click where you want it instead of dragging it to where you want it.

It took just a few hours to integrate so I'd call that a win.

PDFTron was our first choice because it was the best solution we could find at the time. it was the most versatile and easiest for us to deploy mostly because of the great support they provided. I had the opportunity to meet with them prior to purchasing and they seemed like a company that would continue growth of the product and listen to their customers for improvements.

These competitors provide mediocre and feature-bloated offerings that are simply a pain to use. For example, building templates in the aforementioned tools is like pulling teeth. The editor is finicky. BoldSign, by contrast is simple and generally intuitive, thereby making it easier to use.

• I am sure that the paid version would be extremely beneficial if you did a bunch of contracts. I just started using the program, so not too many contracts yet. If I need to upgrade my subscription, the price will be well worth it.
