Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo OperationsOS

Our Sales team loves the product and as a user myself, I am able to seek out details and information that benefits the requests from our sales leaders. The OS is stable and has really easy-to-use functionality along with it is detailed. The price is also very reasonable along with the seats are easy to manage as we have a lot of turnover within our organization. The account team is also there for questions and also there is a lot of documentation for the application - so if you have questions just do some simple searching and you will find what you are looking for.

Nothing but positive outcomes with ZoomInfo Operations OS's and the support team that support the application. We are using the cloud-based version and have yet to experience any issues with the application. With some time the sales team has been able to take the information that they collect and input it into ZI and this has helped others in research and closing on sales opportunities.
Salesforce was the only application that this was migrated with as we wanted one area for all the information to be housed and not in multiple locations.
Released within about a week after the sales boot camp was completed to the sales team.
Usability is among the highest I have ever worked within an application of this magnitude. It was a significant recession for us and our sales team along with some of our onboarding folks have been able to use the tool as well. Other are able to benefit as well that are outside of the sales team but I do get as much of their feedback as I do from the sales team.
This was the other tool we reviewed, but the OS applications were more detailed and had better results. Although still a good tool it just did not fit our scope for our sales group. Have yet to find any of the ZoomInfo tools to not be but quality and informational applications. So highly recommend them.

The application is one that I would highly recommend for your sales team as they are able to seek out information that they would not normally be able to obtain through something like Salesforce or other applications. ZoomInfo for sure is the leader in my opinion in this area and I love the releases and additional features that they are always releasing.
