Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
As a company that is growing fast, Zenefits was welcomed with open arms as a solution for managing and storing employee profiles and information. The implementation was not without issues, though, as moving away from a process that was familiar took a bit of adjustment. Figuring out how to sync all of our information was also a struggle but the support team at Zenefits was always available to help.
Despite the adjustment period, it has been a wonderful tool and we've implemented it company-wide . Employees are learning to use it as our main HRIS and it has seriously reduced the amount of manual work that was previously required to upkeep our records.

- Extremely intuitive interface.
- Helpful support team and Zenefits representatives who check in monthly.
- Business intelligence reports are great, especially those that are pre-made.
- There are a lot of new features and modules that have been released but there are many kinks I believe that need to be worked out.
- No re-hiring feature to maintain an employee's record (have to create a completely new profile).
- It would be great it everything about an employee was found under one page rather than having to click on different modules.
- Less manual labor on the administrative side.
- Great tool for employees to use, they can be more self sufficient about their benefits, bank information, etc.
