Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

As a professional services engineer on a CCaaS provider company, we document our customers' requirements and create project plans based on how long we implement each product. With Wrike, we can use available project plan templates to make our project timelines on each of our customers. Aside from this, we also create test cases on which we need to share it with our customers and monitor the status of each test case. With Wrike, we can document those test cases easily for both us and our customers.

As a project manager, Wrike helps us in creating our project plan easily. We can use available templates to use for our creation of project timelines. Also, we can easily document and upload our test cases on which we can also share access to our customers so that they can use Wrike to update each of the test cases and notify us if ever there are issues.
