Overall Satisfaction with Workday Human Capital Management
We use WorkDay Human Capital Management for every day recruiting, onboarding, expenses, performance appraisals and are moving into timekeeping and payroll. It provides us a platform to register for learning opportunities within our organization as well as a "live" organizational chart so you can essentially learn all about the different departments and people that make up the company.

- All features are not easily found, "print" in performance appraisals is in an odd spot
- Software as a whole isn't necessarily intuitive and can take some getting use to; can be difficult for some users
- Improved productivity with all HRIS in one platform
- The reporting features for applicant tracking increase productivity and reduce manual reporting
- Easier for employees to get information they used to have to get from HR
I am just beginning to use these tools. I have used it for job-posting. It tends to be pretty accurate and I look forward to using it more going forward.
Workday Human Capital Management has been very adaptable to our workforce. I feel that any issues we have had, may have been due to certain managers wanting to exercise too much control. Overall, it works very well. It just isn't as intuitive as it could be for users that have issues with software and do not like to "look around" to find things. Once you get in it and familiarize yourself, I find it works fine.
I find that Paylocity is more user friendly than Workday and Workday is more user friendly than Kronos. Paylocity, Bamboo HR and Workday all offer similar platforms and for many users, it may just come down to cost and intuitiveness. Integration may also be a factor. I've really only had experience in integration with Paylocity, and it was more difficult than the representative expressed.
