It is used across our whole organization, it is fully rolled out on an internal internet server system so that any member of the James Latham timber plc company can easily use it. It is all linked so that managers and the accounts team, can easily access and approve any claims.

I have not used Webexpenses to save time or auto-mate any activities. I only use it for uploading and processing claims.
I have not used anything like Webexpenses before. all previous expense claims were filled out on paper manually.

200 - Any employee of the James Latham group as a whole has access to web-expenses. although it will be predominantly used by the office based sales staff as the yard workers very rarely have any reason to have a personal expense that requires back claiming.
Our IT and HR departments look after web expenses for the James Latham group.
