In our organisation, It is our primary source of communication. We use it for making calls and for sending texting messages mostly. It is not limited to it only, but also helps us to communicate with other team members on a real time basis. It has features like call forwarding and voicemail which helps a lot. It provide us a seamless and integrated communication experience across various channels, including voice calls, video conferencing, instant messaging, and collaboration tools.

There are several reasons to go for Vonage Business Communications. It is cost effective, stable as far as I used the alternative software. Basically it is a unified communications platform which helps us with business needs. Although I have used some softphones in the past like Zoiper, PBX, etc. But so far I prefer Vonage Business Communications over them.
