Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We are using TriNet as a PEO service to manage our employment in both Canada and the US.

  • Address employee satisfaction and retention
Overall great but always have rooms for improvement.
Great but it can be tricky sometimes to get questions answered as I will normally be transferred around.
It does not have much impact for our team as we are fully remote either way.

Using the chat helps to escalate items not resolved. Trinet account managers are helpful too to schedule bi weekly call
