Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for payroll, benefits, and items related. It is being used for Human Resources purposes. When it comes to generating reports, it is very confusing, they offer filters but it is worse to navigate through them too. They have also started charging for certain reports. I have not used that portion but I don't think they should be charging being that it should be part of this same service and it was at one point. I also don't like the fact that when it comes to helping an employee solve an issue or get info, it is difficult to obtain even being the manager of the account.

In support, I have had a chance to view the videos with instructions on PPP which were very helpful and in building reports for PPP loans. Since funding started we have been bombarded with info.
I have not used other products but we are about to change to FrankCrum and it promises to be better than TriNet. Based on their portal and demos it looks like it will be closer to what we need. We have received countless support on onboarding questions which gives me more confidence on moving to them.

TriNet Feature Ratings
Using TriNet
1 - Payroll, HR and benefits. The employees use the portal for paystubs and to view their ID cards.
1 - Only one person uses it, to process payroll and benefits. Trinet support for employees has to be done by them independently. This sometimes makes it difficult for them because they are not dealing with someone in house.

Evaluating TriNet and Competitors
Yes - Yes Quickbooks Payroll
- Ease of Use
- Other
We went with trinet for benefits and the fact they had payroll helped combine some things that we use the most.
I would explore more in the demos on how to get the most out of the portal. There is really not much guide, it is not difficult but the reports could use a guide. I would also ask about their customer service and response time expectations.

As questions about response time, also ask for a demo and timelines for emergency cases.
