1 - We are operated by one in-house support member, but we have not experienced any business suspension due to trouble. The reason is that Teamcenter's server is on the cloud, and when a problem occurs, the problem will be solved with the support of the IT vendor.The contents of internal support are user management, license management and defect handling. Basically, the defect pattern is fixed, and if you have the skills to manage Windows Server, there is no operational problem.
