We are using Square 9 Softworks as a storage solution for our signed delivery tickets.

Using Square 9 Softworks has eliminated the hundreds of banker boxes that were being transported to an outside service to scan the documents for us. This has also allowed us to take ownership of scanning the documents ourselves for daily upload and quick visibility.
We reached out to Iron Mountain but did not pursue this option since we had an established relationship with Square 9 Softworks that could be expanded and not a complete restart.

Yes - Previously purchased through reseller. We were delivering banker boxes to an outside scanning company full of signed delivery tickets to be scanned by one company, uploaded and converted by another company, stored by Square 9 Softworks and managed by the reseller. It was not a functioning system that caused many delays and issues.

No, it was not something we needed.
We were not able to see documents that were uploaded and realized we had been exceeding our daily scan totals and had 160+ days of backlog. We were able to work out a processing system that cleared up the backlog without a huge financial burden to the company.
