Used by IT to support remote and hybrid workforce. Most of our staff is remote or hybrid so we use this product for support. It is only used by our IT department.
- Makes remote support easy for end users.
- Can be installed "on the fly" by easy to use links to the install files
- Server support is very good if you need access to a lot of devices.
- Ability to run from multiple computers simultaneously

Security has not been an issue with us.
We were up and running within a few minutes. Very easy to roll out.
