Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

Great product. We use Splashtop as a remote support tool (SOS) and also as a work from home tool remote controlling pc's in the office. This product offers great flexibility for users with a work from home option to work over a secure connection. The remote support tool (SOS) is invaluable giving us the possibility to remote support users machines and mobile phones. Good value for money as a previous TeamViewer user.

Sales was great, stayed in touch and answered all questions during the trial and through the purchase. The after sales support keeping in contact to see of any issues or further questions I may have is also great.
It meets all of our needs from a remote support tool and also a bridge between the office and working from home.
This process was very simple, we trialed Splashtop in an unattended environment, connecting from home to a machine in the office. We also trialed the Splashtop SOS feature where remote support was done on desktop machines and also mobile phone, was very happy with the process and features available with both products.

Great for people who work from home and require a secure connection to their machines in the office without having to mess around with VPN connections. Great tool for support staff to remote into a users machine to fix issues or to see exactly what a user is experiencing to be able to resolve a solution or to give advice.
