Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
Splashtop is currently used for remote IT support within our company. As the IT specialist, I use it constantly. Our operations manager also uses it to assist Loan officers when needed. Makes it easier to support our remote employees, as we have many across the country.
- Easy to install, just follow prompts and defaults.
- Nothing to configure, can be installed and used immediately.
- Always gives a solid, stable connection.
- Any issues I have noticed have not been significant.
- Perhaps an option to automatically update.
- It has made supporting remote workers seamless and easier if we did not have it.
- Has saved a lot of time that would have been spent trying to get users to accurately describe their issue.
- Easy enough to use that even someone who isn't super tech savvy can use if needs be.
I have tried many different remote support tools in my IT career, and Splashtop has been the one that has been the most reliable. Has not given me any real problems to speak of. Device verification, 2FA, all work great.
Pretty much immediately. No real learning curve, sometimes end users have issues, but that's usually due to a lack of computer knowledge, not any defect on the part of the product.
