Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO
We started using SMTP2GO over a year ago when our voicemail-to-email service stopped working and it has worked great; since then we have switched other systems over to SMTP2GO when there has been an issue. Currently, we are using SMTP2GO for the aforementioned voicemail-to-email, scan-to-email, and automated emails for our website. All of these systems have worked better, with less downtime, than what we were using previously. Setting up SMTP2GO was quite simple in each instance and I appreciate how proactive the service is when reporting potential issues (none of which have ended up impacting us directly).
- Simple config/setup
- Affordable
- Downtime/Issues Notification
- Tracking email status
- I don't have any recommendations at this time
- Availability
- Price
- Ease of use
- Less time spent troubleshooting equals more time for development
- Twilio SendGrid and Brevo
SMTP2GO ended up being cheaper and easier to use. SMTP2G0 fit our needs better partly because it was more compatible with older systems, but it also hit the mark in terms of price for scale.

Evaluating SMTP2GO and Competitors
Yes - We replaced Gmail and Office365, both started making it harder and harder to use SMTP services.
- Scalability
- Ease of Use
I've been able to setup SMTP2GO to replace an existing system under emergency scenarios in under 20 minutes. The ease of use made making SMTP2GO our default SMTP service a no-brainer.
