Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors is my primary HR Platform for employees in circa 30 countries. Modules include; EC, Performance & Goal Management, Succession, Compensation & Recruiting. Enables single source of data for all global entities. Employee & Manager self service for Time & Attendance, Personal Data, Goal Management and Performance Management. Enables integration with IT and Payroll Systems.

Limited Integration choices with SAP SuccessFactors
At first, SAP SuccessFactors, was not good due to lack of in-house knowledge and restricted partner support. But improved following in-house resource .

SAP SuccessFactors has good broad functionality. SAP SuccessFactors modules available cover most HR processes as well as the employee life cycle. System allows plenty of room for configuring based on global needs. Supports customisation. Allows management of Contingent Workers. More simplified release items and management. Better document management. pre defined 'How to' guides.
