Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are a 100k WW employees Telco Company. Our HR master system is SF; practically, all the modules are active on the system. We use Employee Central, LMS, Recruiting, P&G, Compensation, Reporting, and HCP as examples. We dedicate time to managing several markets on all these specific topics, and at the moment, this is our global platform.

It is very limiting the options available on the API, and it is always a journey to manage the integration with another system.
For us, it was a long roadmap due to the company's complexity, but I would say it was not bad in general.
To open as a question, the selection process was very complex and involved a lot of checks. In the end, SF was a plus for us because we manage a lot of processes on SAP products.

We have a very complex scenario, but the main processes are well-managed. Considering that we have around 50 corporate HR systems one of our main concerns is always the integration side.
