Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We are a 100k WW employees Telco Company. Our HR master system is SF; practically, all the modules are active on the system. We use Employee Central, LMS, Recruiting, P&G, Compensation, Reporting, and HCP as examples. We dedicate time to managing several markets on all these specific topics, and at the moment, this is our global platform.

For us, it was a long roadmap due to the company's complexity, but I would say it was not bad in general.
To open as a question, the selection process was very complex and involved a lot of checks. In the end, SF was a plus for us because we manage a lot of processes on SAP products.
