We needed a fully integrated solution for payroll and hr for UK and overseas
  • upgrade processes / information
  • mobile app and access on the move
  • standard improvements and functions
  • org charts and confidential roles
  • story reporting is poor and slow
  • knowing license model and what is available to do what
  • allowed us to progress with performance management
  • pushed us with benefit management
  • grown us with employee visibility
  • payroll queries have lessened
cpi integration is great once you know this - however it is hard to grasp initially so more support from SAP SuccessFactors might be required here
we have a great SAP SuccessFactors implementation partner in epi-use and they guide and help us continuously
